Matt has been in the Real Estate business in San Francisco for the past nine years. In addition to real estate sales, his experience includes six years of appraising commercial and residential real estate. Matt is uniquely qualified to represent you in your transactions from a value standpoint.
Matt also developed a deep understanding of market transactions from his years spent selling Municipal bonds both in San Francisco and in New York City. During his years trading bonds, he handled more multi-million dollar transactions in a typical month than many top real estate agents handle in their careers.
A bachelor’s degree in Economics from Villanova University adds to his qualifications. He has also taught math and computers at K-8 schools in the Bay Area.
After so many different career experiences, I've really found a home at Barbagelata and the real estate business. Barbagelata’s history and experience in both residential and investment properties provides a wonderful opportunity to use my ability to discover value and bring that to my clients. Barbagelata has been successful in all types of real estate transactions in San Francisco’s neighborhoods for so many years. It’s a perfect fit for my desire to find the best properties for my clients as well as helping them achieve the maximum possible value when selling.
Call me if you’d like to get into the details about recent sales and how to find the home you’re looking for in a changing and challenging real estate market. If you are new to San Francisco or would just like to discover a different neighborhood, finding the right home can be a daunting task. Let me help you by removing a few variables and making the decision easier. Giving you the right information at the right time-when you need it, is important. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you.
I love all of the opportunities the Bay Area offers which make living here so wonderful. One of my favorite activities is surfing at Ocean Beach and Mavericks near Half Moon Bay. I was recently on the cover (Surfer zooming) of the Sunday Chronicle surfing at Mavericks. If you happen to see me walking my dog on Ocean Beach, please stop me and say hi!
